So you want to play bridge?
It is a simple game to learn, so do not be put off by the Bridge columns in the national newspapers, they are not for beginners.
The course presents an opportunity for a good overview of the games' objectives, when starting to play bridge. You will learn the rules, the technicalities and basic tactics that make good play and support your partners skill. Our aim is to create a comfortable atmosphere and party spirit, while learning the principles of the game, hopefully sending you home, confident with your new skill.
Who else takes part?
Generally lively and interesting conversationalists, of any age, those who enjoy good company. Once playing you will be joining a select band of individuals who will want to test their skill with new-found friends. Games on cruises at international bridge conventions or casinos are common and you can register and join them almost anywhere in the world.
