About Your Holiday - Suggested Walking Clothes

A small rucksack is always useful and your walking boots must be comfortable. For some walks you could use trainers or stout shoes, preferably with thick rubber soles to grip any wet or slippery surfaces. Should you wish to purchase shoes locally, the largest size we find available is a continental 45 for men and 41 for women. Do not wear sandals on forest walks, only on the beach or town visits.
